The Drinks ~ Coco Plum Island Resort ~ Belize
If I had to describe the perfect beach bar, I would probably just pull up a picture of the bar at Coco Plum. It is completely surrounded with absolutely gorgeous views of turquoise waters and the Belizean coast & mountains in the distance. It is simply stunning and the perfect spot to sit back, relax with a delicious cocktail, and enjoy the view.
When you stay at Coco Plum most of the drinks are included in the all-inclusive packages. The all-inclusive drink menu has a lot of really great options - we never had a problem finding something on there that sounded delicious. One of our favorites was the frozen mojito - it is so delicious and refreshing!
Also, it's not on the all-inclusive menu, but their bloody Mary's are sooooo good. They have a happy hour every day where the premium drinks (the ones not included in the all-inclusive packages) are half off - it's a great way to try some of the other delicious drinks they offer.
